You can order immediately through our “Buy” tab in the header. Please note that the current size available will be given on the product page in the description. You can also order past collections in the "Past collections" tab. The current size available will also be given on the product page.

Colissimo home with signature to French overseas departments and territories: Zone OM1 includes Guadeloupe (St. Bartelemy and St.Martin), Martinique, Reunion Island, French Guiana, Mayotte, French Polynesia and its dependencies, Mayotte, St. Pierre and Miquelon.

-Shipping time zone OM1: 5 working days.

*For non-EU orders, customs, import, or tax charges may be applicable in the country of arrival of your parcel. These costs need to be taken care of by the recipient. They are not included in the billing of your Ler Ligisa order, and we are not responsible for it.
For orders in France and abroad, it is possible that delivery times are longer due to external elements outside our control: exceptional weather conditions, significant delays at customs, global pandemics…Our customer
service will keep you informed of any delay.

Once I have placed my order, what will happen next?

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation order email. The email will contain the order number and a page including the status of the order. You will receive a shipping order confirmation email once the parcel is sent with your tracking number. It is possible to track the progress of your package by entering this number on the Colissimo website.

Return & exchanges

Ler Ligisa is committed to providing you with high quality products.
However, if you want to have the purchased product exchanged or
refunded, please contact us within 30 days of the date of receipt of the
package.

Products must be returned in their original state (packaging, accessories etc) accompanied by a copy of the proof of purchase at:

Damaged items will not be taken back and will be returned to you as they are.
For international exchanges, we recommend sending your parcel with a tracking method, as we will not be responsible if the package is lost. Please contact us via email at lerligisacreation@gmail.com if you ever have any questions.

Once we have received your exchange, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the package. We will also keep you informed of the acceptance or refusal of your exchange or refund.

If your application is approved, we undertake to return your repaired
product within 30 days + delivery time. In the case of a refund, it will appear on your bank account, or your payment method within a short period of time after your application has been accepted. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless you have proof that the product is defective.

If I notice a delay in my refund, what should I do?

We will contact you as soon as we initiate the refund. However, if the refund does not appear in your bank statement after several days, we recommend that you contact the establishment that provided your credit or debit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statements.
